Access to the National Mental Health Service Planning Framework (NMHSPF) and its Planning Support Tool is primarily limited to employees of Primary Health Networks (PHNs), Local Hospital Networks (LHNs) and state and territory health departments with roles relating to mental health service planning. Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
